Lyin’ (Allison v US) and Tigers (Exxon) and Right to Bear Arms, Oh My! A Review of the 2007-08 Term of the United States Supreme Court
Professors Pam Karlan and Vik Amar will provide an overview of the highlights of the recently-concluded term at the Supreme Court with a particular emphasis on cases of interest to business lawyers. It promises to be a lively, interesting and dare we say entertaining evening.
