Stress is a major factor in individual and organizational failures. As the pace of disruption and competition continues to increase, it is vital that lawyers develop the ability not only to perform under stress, but to thrive in the face of it.

In fact, a Harvard Business Review study comparing high performance athletes to high performance professionals found that a key characteristic of high achievers was the rituals they created to recover more quickly from stress.

In this highly engaging presentation, Adam will share tangible techniques to create and sustain a peak performance state and maintain competence while practicing law.

At this program, attorneys will also have the opportunity to be re-fingerprinted to comply with California Rule of Court Rule 9.9.5, that states: "all active attorneys licensed in California must be re-fingerprinted. The State Bar is requiring attorneys to resubmit fingerprints by April 30, 2019". For more info. re: the rule, penalties etc., go to the California Bar Associate website.

If you wish to be fingerprinted, please click HERE for more details and to reserve your spot. The number of reservations is limited so make your reservation NOW. Also, you must complete the Live Scan form before you arrive. Only those who have their form, which requires your bar #, will be able to be fingerprinted. NOTE: Registering for the dinner/CLE program DOES NOT create a reservation for fingerprinting.
