MEET HON. WILLIAM Q. HAYES

The Litigation Section of the State Bar of California and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers of San Diego are presenting this “brown bag” luncheon during which members of the bar can meet with a member of the federal judiciary in a small and intimate setting.
The event will be held June 25, 2008, from Noon to 1:00 p.m., at the United States District Court, Southern District, in Courtroom 4. Judge Hayes will speak on, among other things, his courtroom procedures; effective written and oral advocacy; and other matters of interest to the bar.
The program is open to all members of the State Bar Litigation Section and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. Space is limited. Those interested in attending should register no later than Friday, June 20, 2008, by contacting Charles V.
