MEET JUDGE KENNETH SO

Superior Court, County of San Diego

The Litigation Section of the State Bar of California and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers of San Diego are presenting this “brown bag” luncheon during which members of the bar can meet with a member of the federal judiciary in a small and intimate setting.

The luncheon will be held September 3, 2008, from noon to 1:00 p.m., in the Presiding Department. Judge So will explain and answer questions regarding administration of the Court including independent calendar assignments; status of civil filings; continued automation of the Court; and other matters.

The program is open to all members of the State Bar Litigation Section and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.  Space is limited.  Those interested in attending should register no later than August 29, 2008, by contacting Charles V. This event is approved for one hour of State Bar of California MCLE credit.
