Hotel Accomodations

All accommodations are at the beautiful, newly renovated Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California. The ABTL has obtained a discount-ed ABTL group rates of $289/night (exclusive of taxes and fees), with no resort fee and complimentary self-parking.

Hotel Reservations (at the ABTL rate) can only be made after registering for the conference. Each ABTL member is responsible for managing the booking and/or cancellation of his/her own hotel. Hotel information will be located on the confirmation page after registration. If you prefer, you may return the completed hotel reservation page to Linda Sampson by email, fax or mail.

The ABTL certifies that this activity conforms to the standards of approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education.

DRESS CODE
All seminar sessions are casual. Shorts and golf shirts are welcome.
Receptions and dinners are Resort Casual (no jackets or ties required).

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Seminar Registration Fees are refundable prior to Friday, September 1, 2017, less a non-refundable processing fee of $175.00. Cancellations must be received in writing (by email to annualseminar@abtl.org or by fax to 714.602.2505), no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2017.
