General Information
What is Included for Attendees and Registered Guests?
Please note that all educational programming, including presentations and MCLE sessions, is reserved exclusively for fully registered conference attendees. Registered guests—those who have paid the guest registration fee—are welcome to attend designated social events but are not invited to participate in the Friday lunch program or any other official programming components of the conference. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Dress Code
All seminar sessions are casual. Shorts, golf and t-shirts are welcome.
Receptions and dinners are Resort Casual (no jackets or ties).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Seminar Registration Fees are refundable prior to Wednesday, September 2, 2026, less a non-refundable processing fee of $175.00. Cancellations must be received in writing (by email to annualseminar@abtl.org), no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. No refunds will be processed after September 2nd, although ABTL Members may transfer their registrations to a replacement attendee.
Hotel Accommodations
All accommodations are at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad. The ABTL has obtained a discounted rate of $399/night with no resort fee (originally $60) and complimentary VALET parking (valued at $65/night).
Hotel Reservations (at the ABTL rate) can only be made after registering for the conference. Each ABTL member is responsible for booking and/or cancelling his/her own hotel. Hotel information (including a phone number and direct link for reservations) will be provided to you by email after registering for the conference. Please allow twenty-four (24) hours for the information. Space permitting, the hotel will only honor the discounted rates for reservations made before September 16, 2026.
