What is Included for Attendees and Registered Guests?
• All Seminar Presentations — 11.00 hours MCLE credit.
(Presentations and MCLE for conference registrants only; Registered guests are permitted at the social events but not the programming portion of the conference itself.)
• Welcome Dinner on Wednesday, October 8th .
• Three (3) Buffet Breakfasts (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday).
• Dinner on Friday, October 10th & Saturday, October 11th.
• Registered children may attend all breakfasts and all dinners.
Ala carte tickets are not available.
Dress Code
All seminar sessions are casual. Shorts, golf and t-shirts are welcome.
Receptions and dinners are Resort Casual (no jackets or ties). Hawaiian shirts are encouraged.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Seminar Registration Fees are refundable prior to Wednesday, September 3, 2025, less a non-refundable processing fee of $175.00. Cancellations must be received in writing (by email to annualseminar@abtl.org), no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. No refunds will be processed after September 3rd, although ABTL Members may transfer their registrations to a replacement attendee.
Hotel Accommodations
All accommodations are at the Wailea Beach Resort in Maui. The ABTL has obtained the following discounted rates with no resort fee and complimentary self-parking.
- Garden View: $359
- Partial Ocean View: $399
- Premium Ocean View: $459
Hotel Reservations (at the ABTL rate) can only be made after registering for the conference. Registrants are limited to one (1) room initially. Subject to availability, this limitation may be lifted after August 15th. Each ABTL member is responsible for booking and/or cancelling his/her own hotel. Hotel information (including a phone number and direct link for reservations) will be provided to you by email after registering for the conference. Please allow twenty-four (24) hours for the information. Space permitting, the hotel will only honor the discounted rates for reservations made before September 6, 2025. Hotel Cancellations within twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival will be charged two night’s room and tax charges. This also includes any pre and post stays. Additional Hotel Charges: Porterage Charge @ $14.00 per person, round trip; and Housekeeping Fee of $6/room/day.
