Dec. 4, 2025 Dinner/CLE program: “Jury Selection And The Challenges of Eliminating Implicit Bias, 231.7 and Beyond”

The ABTL Northern California Chapter invites you to a discussion with jury consultants and federal and state judges regarding the current and future status of peremptory challenges.  The speakers will discuss the new peremptory challenge statute in California (CCP 231.7) as well as current trends in both state and federal court.

This program will be moderated by:
