Landmark Supreme Court Decisions of the 2024-2025 Term

Please join us for an insightful CLE program focusing on the most significant cases and decisions handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court during its 2024-2025 term. This comprehensive session will delve into the key rulings that are shaping the legal landscape across various sectors.

We will analyze the implications of cases such as Bondi v. VanDerStok, concerning the ATF’s authority to regulate “ghost guns,” and United States v. Skrmetti, addressing state bans on gender-affirming care for transgender minors under the Fourteenth Amendment. Furthermore, we will examine the Court’s stance on environmental regulations in City and County of San Francisco v. EPA and explore the complexities of free speech in the digital age as seen in Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton.
