The Federal Arbitration Act v. California’s PAGA: Cruisin’ for a Bruisin’

  • The U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in Viking River Cruises, Inc. v. Moriana, and its immediate impact on employees’ PAGA claims.
  • How the California Supreme Court may address the issues left open in Viking River Cruises in pending cases like Adolph v. Uber.
  • How the California legislature may elect to modify PAGA as suggested in Viking River Cruises.
