Article Guidelines

Articles submitted for the ABTL Orange County Chapter Newsletter should be of practical value to our readership of business litigators and members of the judiciary, offering insights, analysis, or guidance relevant to business litigation practice. A typical article ranges from 1,000 to 2,500 words, though this is a flexible guideline. Authors may use either Yellowbook (California Style Manual) or Bluebook (federal) citation formatting, depending on which best suits the subject matter and jurisdiction discussed. To maintain clarity and readability, footnotes are not permitted; all citations and explanatory material should be incorporated directly into the body of the article. When submitting an article via email, please include a one-line author bio for inclusion at the end of the article, along with a photo headshot.
