Meet Justice Mark B. Simons
The ABTL Leadership Development Committee (LDC) is proud to present a Lunchtime Program with the Hon. Mark B. Simons of the California Court of Appeal – First Appellate District. Justice Simons will cover briefing, oral argument, how the Court of Appeal processes cases, and considerations for appeal while in trial.

FREE to ABTL members with 10 years or less law practice experience.
This program will provide one (1) hour of GENERAL ‘Participatory’ credit to those who:
1) Pre-register and provide their bar #.
2) Participate for the full hour. The Zoom attendance report will show your ‘log in’ and ‘log out’ times.
3) Log in with a computer or tablet. PARTICIPATORY credit cannot be offered to those who call in since mobile log-in’s cannot be tracked by Zoom and therefore do not meet the State Bar of California’s requirement for Participatory credit.
