“U.S. Supreme Court – What Can We Expect in 2023?”
The U.S. Supreme Court has been in the spotlight as recent appointees have altered the Court’s ideological composition.
At this program, the questions that will be discussed include:
- What can we expect from the newly constituted Court?
- Will there be sharp breaks from past jurisprudence?
- What direction will the Court take in affirmative action, business litigation, First Amendment and other critical cases on the Court’s docket?
- Is there an institutional crisis
