Article Guidelines

The article should aim to be of practical use to the ABTL readership of business litigators and/or the judiciary.  A good target length for an article is around 1,000-2,500 words, though these guidelines are not hard and fast.  You can choose either Yellowbook (California) or Bluebook citation formatting (federal), depending on what makes more sense for your article.  Footnotes are not absolutely prohibited, but they are discouraged.
